  1. This is good information for you if you wondered if some foods were really causing the di-ease or distress in your body. Ever since I cut bread from my diet, I feel awesome! no bloating and pain in my abdomen. Try eleminating one aspect of your diet that you suspect is not the best for your body and see how it responds. Try it for a week.
