Lemon Boost!

Due to increased demand and curiosity, I am posting the recipe for the Lemon Drinks that I use to reboot and cleanse the systems of my body.

1 Qt water
1/2 of a fresh lemon squeezed
2 TBSP farm fresh maple syrup
2 TBSP Olive Oil
1 TSP garlic or 1 fresh clove crushed! (but not if you are going to work that day)
Stir and Sip for a couple hours. Eat lightly on the day you do this or fast. When you workout hard and eat a lot of high nutrient foods, you also need to balance it out with a digestive "rest" and cleanse. Its beneficial for your systems and easy and best of all super inexpensive!
Some of the best "secrets" are already in your pantry!
